This is now the Official site for the MN Branch of the Jack Shannon Fraser Sr family.  Bubba (John) and myself have tried to design this as MN informative, while keeping conectivity with Gram's #1 Family Web Site in Syracuse (go Orange).  Thank you for visiting, please leave comments and visit again.
Today, John (Bubba, since he became bigger than his Dad) is a tall 6'4" Burnsville High School Senior and works 4-5 days (evenings) a week at a Dairy Queen in Eagan.  Bubba takes after and frequently passes his Dad with his computer skills.  He is currently tops in his high school computer programming class and plans a career in "puters".

Bubba is excited because he went to the KISS concert May 17th at the Target Center in downtown Minneapolis.  The opening act was Ted Nugent who Bubba also likes as a musician.  The seats that he had are lower level near the left front corner of the stage.  He says that's prime cause Gene Simmons (the Bass Player) is always on the left side of the stage.

Bubba also went to a concert on June 18 at The Quest (a club downtown) it was the MTV Return of the Rock Tour.  He saw Crazy Town, Dope, and P.O.D.  Staind was also there, but he left before they started (he doesn't like them).  He got a chance to talk to Shifty (one singer from Crazy Town) after their set.  He also talked to Simon & Edsel Dope (two guys from Dope).

Bubba went to an Allman Brothers Concert on Aug. 24th.  He went with his friend Carl "Stew".  It was a great concert, they played all of their greatest hits and some other good songs.  They also played a couple of the Dead's songs.

OnJuly 24, 2001 Bubba went to the best concert yet.  He took his mother (it's her favorite band).  It was Rammstein, with gODHEAD and Crossbreed opening.  It was an awsome show, once rammstein took the stage they got right up there next to the right side of the stage.  They were so close they could touch the guitarist's foot.  They had fireworks, flametrowers, and other cool pyrotechnics.  His mother was screaming at the top of her lungs and acting ...well... crazy.  It was, by far, the best concert he's been to.

For work on Halloween we were encouraged to dress in a costume.  I decided to go as a teenager so I borrowed some of John's new and wild clothes, bright (Syracuse) orange pants, neck chains, medallions, etc.

Before wearing this radical outfit for over 9 hours, I had considered John to be dressing a bit strange with these wild clothes.  Well, I learned a lesson.  I remembered that in the 70's, I had loud, wild clothes, neck chains and medallions, etc.  Now I think my son is cool, he's doing his thing, just like all of us have done.
